Fortnite is gearing up to introduce fresh weapons and vehicles to its ongoing Chapter 4: Season OG map. In the upcoming update scheduled for November 9, 2023, players can experience the addition of the Driftboard and Quadcrasher, both OG vehicles designed to enhance traversal.
In the latest Hotfix, the Battle Royale game will implement modifications to the Fortnite OG map. Loot Lake will undergo a transformation with the introduction of a new rising vortex, creating vertical platforms for players to explore. The update will also bring new weapons, including the Double Barrel Shotgun, Clinger, and Six Shooter. This aligns with the ongoing throwback season, as Chapter 4: Season OG aims to recreate the essence of the original Season 6.
Returning to the OG map has proven immensely popular among Fortnite players, with the game achieving record-breaking player counts throughout the week. Epic Games plans to maintain weekly updates for the season, with the addition of Driftboard and Quadcrasher vehicles on November 9. This follows a previous update featuring a new weapon pool, incorporating classics like the assault rifle. Additionally, Chiller Traps, Port-a-Fortress forts, and Mounted Turrets are set to be introduced tomorrow, although the Chiller Trap and Mounted Turret won’t be available in Zero Build.
While Loot Lake undergoes the only map update, elevated high above the ground, players are encouraged to seize the opportunity to acquire the new weapons and vehicles. In this throwback season, gaining any advantage over opponents becomes more crucial than ever. For more insights into Fortnite, explore our compilation of the 50 best Fortnite skins.
