God of War Ragnarök is set to arrive in 2022, but we won’t know for sure until February, when fellow exclusive Horizon Forbidden West hits shop shelves. Even then, Sony is expected to give it at least a few more months. Assuming it isn’t postponed, educated estimation places Ragnarok in the second part of next year, thus this putative “leak” is already causing consternation.
As reported by PlayStation Game Size, PlayStation’s own database has God of War Ragnarök down for a 30th September 2022 release date. Sounds perfectly plausible, but it must be stressed that this could quite easily be a placeholder. Still, the 30th of September happens to be a Friday, so it does line up with typical AAA launch habits.
What do you make of this? Would you be happy with God of War Ragnarök releasing at the end of September next year? Recall the Leviathan axe in the comments section below.
